Cherry Hill Glass has over 60,000 sqft of manufacturing space. We utilize state of the art equipment, and software. With these capabilities we are able to tackle even the largest projects.

             

CNC Equipment

Cherry Hill Glass has four Handtmann 5-Axis CNC machines which can handle extrusions up to 20ft in length. These machines are the backbone of our extrusion machining operations. As opposed to similar equipment our machines handle all machining operations in one place. No need to move between machines for different holes, cuts etc. Having this capability significantly reduces machining time and increases accuracy.

  

Waterjet

Cherry Hill Glass uses the Mitsubshi 23456 Waterjet machine for all its complex designs. This machine is able to cut various materials including steel and glass up to 3" thick. There is no shape that is too complcated for us to cut. This machine reduces our time to produce complex break metal shapes for the most challenging of projects.

     

CAD / CAM

CAD / CAM is an essential part of modern day manufacturing. Our expert team are equipped with the latest tools to take your concept to the finished product. We are fully conversant in software such as Autocad, Solidworks, Revit etc. These are then coupled with CAM packages and a full simulation is performed to reduce waste before the code is sent to the machines.

  

Installation

Our Team of dedicated installers and fleet of machines are ready to tackle the largest of projects. We have at our disposal numerous types of crane and lifts. We do not have to wait or pay for expensive rentals passing the savings on to you. Our trucks make sure the product and machinery is on site ready to go when you are.
